Libyan Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, has laid the first stone of the project of the new gas-fired power plant south of Tripoli, with a capacity of 1,320 megawatts.
This was announced by the state-owned media platform Hakomitna, according to which the plant will be built by the Turkish company Calik Holding, in collaboration with the German Siemens. The project implementation period will last approximately 15 months.
