First Deputy Prime Minister, Hussein al-Qatrani, followed up Monday on the construction of the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the Ministry of Oil and Gas in Benghazi.
The specialized team confirmed during a meeting with al-Qatrani at the Cabinet Office in Benghazi that the first phase of the project had been completed.
Al-Qatrani expressed his complete readiness to overcome all difficulties in order to enable the implementation of this strategic civilizational project to be a reality on the ground to support development.
