Member of the House of Representatives, Mesbah Doma, confirmed that the electoral rule is ready after the approval of the 13th constitutional amendment. Based on this, the High National Elections Commission can start implementing the election law in order to hold the elections on time.
“The thirteenth constitutional amendment was approved in a complete session of the quorum, thus becoming the constitutional rule for the elections.” Doma tweeted.
