The International Organization for Migration (IOM) had organized a 2-week training on Maritime Safety in Tripoli, announced the organization today.
According to IOM, the training aimed to “equip Libyan officials involved in Search and Rescue operations with a better understanding of safety concepts (occupational safety, rescue swimming) and their implementation.”
