Benghazi – The National Library witnessed the launch of “Decision Making” magazine, Monday, under the patronage of the Moral Guidance Department of the Armed Forces, in the presence of an elite group of thinkers, researchers, and political and strategic analysts.
The head of the magazine’s launch committee, Brigadier General Engineer Faisal Ali Sultan, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that the magazine’s launch comes in response to the current transformations within state institutions. It aims to establish a national platform to support decision-making on sound scientific and strategic foundations.
He explained that the magazine will serve as a space for communication between leaders and experts, and will promote a culture of scientific analysis and strategic foresight to provide decision-makers with accurate information and sound opinions.
For his part, one of the magazine’s writers, Dr. Abdul Majeed Qasim Abdul Majeed, stated that the project represents a fundamental resource for decision-makers within various state institutions, and contributes to rationalizing decisions and correcting their paths to serve the public interest.
“Decision Making” magazine is a strategic knowledge-based project that aims to enhance the culture of research and analysis within Libyan state institutions and support the decision-making process on a scientific basis, contributing to the building of a strong, conscious state capable of facing current challenges.
