The Misrata Education Monitoring Office announced on Sunday that the first and second-semester exams for promotion years for the 2025-2026 academic year will be conducted at the school level, with each school administration responsible for preparing and organizing the exams internally, due to the delayed arrival of textbooks.
The Education Monitor for Misrata Municipality, Ahmed Ibrahim Amshiheet, explained in a letter to the principals of basic and secondary schools (public, private, and religious) that this measure is to organize the educational process and ensure its continuation without delay, while adhering to the approved regulations and procedures within educational institutions.
The Monitoring Office confirmed that the decision aims to maintain the regularity of studies and take into account the current circumstances facing the education sector, until the supply of textbooks for all grades is completed.
