Libya National Basketball Team qualified for the final match of the Arab Championship held in Egypt, after defeating Tunisia (70-64) on Tuesday.
This is the first qualification for the Libyan team to the final of the Arab Championship in its history.
The Libyan team will face its Egyptian counterpart in the final of the 25th edition of the championship on Wednesday. Egypt qualified at the expense of the Emirates.
The national team qualified after defeating its Tunisian counterpart, 70-64, in the semi-final match.
The Libyan team had reached the quarter-final of the tournament after defeating the Kuwaiti team in the semi-final (89-76).
