Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, arrived Thursday morning in Niamey, the capital of Niger, for a “short business visit,” according to GNU Media Center.
“Dbeibeh was accompanied by a ministerial delegation, in addition to a number of businessmen,” the Center said in a statement.
