Libya recorded on Monday 782 new cases of COVID-19, while two people died and 303 others recovered, according to a statement by the National Central for Disease Control (NCDC).
This brings the total toll of recorded COVID-19 cases in Libya to over 195,000 cases since the start of the pandemic, over 178,000 of which have recovered. Death toll of the virus have reached 3,213 in total, while over 38,000 people were vaccinated.
