Libyan delegation in Tunis to strengthen trade cooperation

A Libyan delegation from the Benghazi Chamber of Commerce and Industry underlined, during a meeting with representatives of the Tunisian Chamber of Commerce, the importance of supporting the Tunisian economic fabric in the eastern regions of Libya, and providing investment opportunities to Tunisian economic actors in the sectors of industry, agriculture, commerce and hospital institutions.

The Libyan delegation, on a mission to Tunis for a week that started yesterday, Monday 18 December, declared that Tunisia is considered the first hospital destination for Libyans, highlighting that foreign investors in Libya enjoy complete exemption from financial obligations and tax.

The Benghazi Chamber called for increasing cooperation by further supporting partnerships between Tunisian and Libyan institutions, emphasizing the quality and competitiveness of Tunisian products.
