Federation of Libyan Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and its Emirati counterpart agreed to enhance trade cooperation and establish joint investment projects, according to the Libyan Ministry of Economy and Trade.
The two parties signed in Tripoli a memorandum of understanding to support and encourage commercial initiatives and activities and industrial linkage between companies and private institutions, and to enhance bilateral cooperation in all economic fields in general, commercial and industrial in particular, and to enable the chambers of commerce in the two countries to communicate and coordinate towards creating promising business partnerships and business opportunities suitable for the business sector in the two countries, the Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
