Head of the Libyan Presidential Council (PC), Mohamed al-Menfi, and his accompanying delegation arrived on Tuesday evening in the Qatari capital, Doha, in response to an official invitation he received from the Qatari Emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to visit Doha, according to the Presidential Council’s Media Office.
Qatar News Agency (QNA) had earlier reported that al-Menfi and Al Thani will discuss “bilateral relations” and “strategies to support and develop them”.
