Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush will arrive in Moscow on Thursday, where she will meet with her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday.
According to the Russian ministry, the two chief diplomats will discuss “developments in Libya and ways to normalize it comprehensively in light of collective efforts to advance the process of negotiations.”
