“Congratulations  Mabrook to Najla Elmangous, Libya’s first woman Foreign Minister, and Taif Sami Mohammed, Iraq’s Deputy Finance Minister – two of the 2022 International Women of Courage award recipients,” tweeted U.S. State Dept – Near Eastern Affairs.
