Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) participated in the Libya France Energy Forum in Paris, an event organized by Business France.
During the forum, the NOC outlined its strategic vision to increase oil production, develop renewable energy and petrochemical projects, reduce emissions, and support sustainable development programs. The corporation emphasized the critical role of international companies in transferring technology and localizing expertise within Libya.
The event also featured expanded technical meetings between the NOC, its operating companies, and French specialized firms. These discussions focused on opportunities for future cooperation in development, maintenance, and technical services. The NOC affirmed its commitment to strengthening this international partnership to develop Libya’s oil and gas sector and support the national economy.
