LONDON – The Libyan prime minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, arrived in London on Thursday where he met with his British counterpart, Boris Johnson.
The two leaders discussed bilateral relations, support for upcoming Libyan elections in December and withdrawal of foreign fighters, according to a statement by the Libyan government.
