WASHINGTON – Libya’s Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, and U.S. House representative, Ted Deutch, spoke on the phone on Wednesday to discuss upcoming Libyan elections in December, unifying national institutions, removing foreign fighters and protecting migrants.
“I look forward to supporting Libyan-led efforts to consolidate democratic gains, restore sovereignty and rebuild Libya,” Deutch tweeted.
