Rotimi Akeredolu, the Governor of Nigerian Ondo State has disclosed those behind the attack on St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Owo area of the state.
Speaking in a statement, the governor said those carrying out such attacks are foreigners from Mali trained in Libya.
Unknown gunmen invaded the church on Sunday, killing more than 25 people and many were injured.
