Member of the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR), Abdel Moneim al-Orefi, said HoR upcoming session will be crucial for the budget and sovereign positions.
Al-Orefi confirmed, in a press statement, that the session, which will be held next Monday, will discuss the provision of law on electing the president and the parliament representatives, and it will address the increase in the budget estimated at 9 billion dinars ($1.8 billion) and the ways of spending it.
The issue of sovereign positions returned to the discussion table again after a letter from the President of the High State Council (HSC), Khalid al-Mishri, not to take into account any resolution issued in this regard, and the necessity of keeping the Head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, in his position, according to al-Orefi.
