The Embassy of the Netherlands in Libya and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), has signed a new agreement to address the issue of missing persons in Libya, according to UNDP.
This three-year project aims to support meaningful victim participation and build responsive justice and security sector institutions, UNDP said in a statement.
