The Libyan House of Representatives will convene a regular session on Monday after Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh refused to comply with a parliamentary subpoena, the House spokesman Abdullah Blehaq announced on Saturday.
Last week, the House had announced its plan to question the Government of National Unity on Monday, August 30.
However, Dbeibeh revealed on Thursday that he will not attend the questioning, citing a conflict of schedule between the date of the parliamentary session and a planned trip overseas.
