Benghazi – The International Creative Child Festival announced the start of registration for its eighth session in 2026. Its slogan is “The Call of Arab Creativity.” The festival targets creative children from Libya and various Arab countries. This initiative aims to discover and develop talents in different fields.
Mansoura Al-Majbari, Vice President of the Festival’s Libya branch, confirmed that registration opened last March. She noted the festival is a crucial platform. It refines children’s skills and highlights their abilities. This includes scientific, technical, cultural, artistic, and sports fields.
International judging committees will begin evaluating entries from May 1 to June 30. Results will be announced on July 1. The closing ceremony to honor winners will be held next August.
The festival targets age groups from 4 to 17 years. This includes children with special needs. Diverse participation opportunities are available. Children can attend directly. Alternatively, they can participate remotely by sending short introductory videos. Strict standards ensure evaluation quality and integrity.
Prizes include gold, silver, and bronze medals. There is also an “Excellence and Creativity” award. An international “Childhood Ambassador” certificate will also be given. The festival aims to support creativity. It seeks to boost children’s self-confidence. This helps prepare a distinguished generation. This generation will represent its country in international forums.
