He added that the efforts of these men formed the first building block of the police force in Fezzan and established the pillars of security and stability in the south of the country, serving as a model of discipline, loyalty, and dedication to serving the nation.
-Memory and Official Recognition
Brigadier General Mustafa Hussein noted that this occasion highlights the mark left by the founding fathers in establishing the foundations of security and safety, thanks first to God and then to the efforts of loyal security personnel in various security agencies and the armed forces. Abdul Rahman Al-Taher, Director of the Media Office of the Prime Minister’s Diwan for the Southern Region, expressed the Libyan government’s appreciation for the founding fathers who established a school of discipline, giving, and loyalty to the homeland. He stressed that their service to security was a sacred mission, not just a job, and that honoring them today affirms historical loyalty to their role in protecting the nation and building its institutions. The sons of the founders, represented by Abdul Salam Al-Taher Al-Ahirash, also expressed great pride and honor in this tribute, which embodies the highest meanings of loyalty to the generations that laid the foundations of security and order in Fezzan and Libya as a whole.
