Mustafa Sanalla, chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), met on Wednesday with the Khairallah Saleh, director of the National Oil Construction Company (NOCC), to review repercussions of the delay in approving budget for oil sector.
According to a statement by the NOC, Sanalla and Saleh reviewed the general activity of NOCC, and discuss the problems and obstacles facing its work, and how to overcome them.
Saleh briefed the NOC chairman on the “the difficult conditions experienced by the company’s employees”.
