Security Council meeting on Libya kicks off with Dbeibeh and Kubiš attending

Security Council to discuss implementation of Libya resolutions in mid July

A ministerial-level meeting at the U.N. Security Council commenced on Thursday to discuss the situation in Libya.

The meeting, which is chaired by French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, would be attended by Libyan Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Dabaiba, U.N. Envoy to Libya Ján Kubiš, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres and a number of foreign top diplomats.
