Forty six members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) declared their adherence to the December elections and demanded the UN envoy, Jan Kubis, to hold an emergency session of the Forum.
The members warned Kubis of dangerous developments that would impede holding the elections on time, according to LPDF Member, Ahmed al-Shirkasi.
They called for a session inside or outside Libya to address threatens to the roadmap and collapse of the political process.
“We firmly resolved to save our country and hold presidential and parliamentary elections on time,” al-Shirkasi quoted the members.
