Head of the Tripoli-based High State Council, Khaled al-Mishri, met Sunday with the commander of the 444th Brigade, Lt. Col. Mahmoud Hamza, at the Council’s headquarters in the capital.
Al-Mishri praised the position of the 444th Brigade and its commander for preventing fighting in and around Tripoli.
Lt. Col. Mahmoud Hamza reviewed the brigade’s efforts in maintaining security in the areas in which it is located, and its role in combating smuggling gangs and organized crime.
