Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, stressed that the basic solution in Libya lies in holding elections.
After receiving the Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed al-Menfi, Tebboune explained that Algeria is ready to deliver the voice of Libya anywhere, stressing that his discussions with al-Menfi focused on ways to resolve the Libyan crisis.
