Fathi Bashagha, the Libya prime minister designated by the House of Representatives, held talks on Friday with Jean-Claude Gakosso, the foreign minister of Congo-Brazzaville, and a diplomatic delegation representing the African Union.
This was announced by Bashagha himself via brief statement on Twitter. Bashagha did not explicitly disclose the subject of the talks.
