Brega launches the second phase of its inspection plan to ensure fuel quality in the south

Benghazi – Brega Petroleum Marketing Company launched the second phase of its inspection plan in the southern regions on Monday to enhance field supervision and ensure the quality of services at fuel distribution stations.

This phase focuses on calibrating fuel pumps and evaluating stations in terms of safety procedures and the availability of firefighting equipment, to ensure a safe operational environment and the stability of supply operations, according to a statement by the company on its official Facebook page.

Inspection teams also continue to monitor daily supplies from the Sebha depot to all cities and areas within the southern region, which includes regulating fuel stations and monitoring supply.

The company confirmed that these efforts are being carried out in coordination with security and military authorities, the Sebha Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the commander of the Southern Military Zone, to affirm commitment to safety standards and professional discipline, and to ensure that fuel reaches its intended recipients in various areas.
