Libya’s outgoing prime minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh attended on Thursday the EFES2022 Turkish military exercises in Izmir, according to a brief statement by his government.
Also present in the event were Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and his counterparts from a number of foreign countries, according to Dbeibeh’s government.
