The General Authority for Hajj and Umrah Affairs announced Monday that Libyan pilgrims are continuing to move from Mecca to Mount Arafat. The movement follows an integrated organizational plan supervised by the transport and holy sites committees.
The Authority confirmed on its official page that the group movements are proceeding smoothly and regularly. Measures are in place to ensure the comfort and safety of the pilgrims during their travels between the holy sites.
The Authority explained that twenty groups of pilgrims arriving from Mecca have been received. These arrangements are part of the approved plans for this year’s Hajj season.
A number of the first Libyan pilgrims to arrive at Mount Arafat expressed their joy and longing to perform the rituals. They praised the level of organization and the services provided to them.
