Jardina – The head of the Civil Service Bureau for the Eastern Region, Saleh Karkara, visited Jardina Rural Hospital. He met with its general manager, Abdul Monem Boujawari.
Karkara discussed key challenges facing the hospital. These included financial disbursements and settling employment statuses. They also reviewed staffing needs and contracts for medical and paramedical personnel. The discussion covered files related to Decision 307 and the organization of existing contracts.
Karkara praised the efforts of the hospital’s administration. He confirmed the Bureau is ready to provide the necessary support. This will help improve the work environment and enhance medical staff efficiency.
For his part, hospital director Boujawari expressed appreciation for the visit. He stressed the importance of continued joint coordination. This will enhance health services for citizens in the region.
