The Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC) announced on Wednesday opening the voter registration system abroad.
It is noteworthy that HNEC announced on Tuesday the closure of registration in the domestic voter registration system.
The Commission noted that the number of registered voters in the domestic voter registration system, until the closing date, amounted to 2,830,971 voters.
