Italian Defense Minister Lorenzo Guerini and his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar discussed on Tuesday the situation in Libya, among other issues of mutual concern during a meeting in Istanbul, according to the Turkish defense ministry.
In addition to Libya, the two discussed the developments in Afghanistan, the eastern Mediterranean, and bilateral cooperation between Turkey and Italy.
