Launch of 'Raising Education Competencies' project activities in Benghazi

Benghazi – The city of Benghazi hosted the launch of training activities on Sunday. These activities are part of the “Education Competency Enhancement” project. An intensive refresher course initiated the program. It targeted the “Teachers of Change” team.

Basma Bouseif is the Head of the Project Committee. She confirmed this step. It is under the direct supervision of the Training and Development Office, Benghazi branch. This will accredit participants as official trainers. They will join the Office’s training system.

Benghazi Education Supervisor, Balaid Jumaa, inaugurated the course activities. He gave a speech. He praised the high level of organization and preparation. He indicated the project is a cornerstone. It supports the educational sector’s development strategy. The project adopts a modern vision. This vision aims to invest in human resources. It also aims to enhance educational capabilities. This will help keep pace with modern educational developments.

The Education Supervisor emphasized the great responsibility placed on the trainers. He affirmed that the competency enhancement project is not just a temporary measure. It is a fundamental driver. It will bring about a qualitative leap in the educational field. This ensures improving the quality of educational outcomes. It also ensures the sustainability of development within institutions.

For her part, Basma Bouseif expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Benghazi Education Supervisor. She thanked him for his diligent and continuous follow-up on all project details. She also thanked him for his commitment to overcoming difficulties. Furthermore, she thanked him for supporting initiatives that advance the educational process.
