The Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) signed a memorandum of understanding with Enterprise Greece, the official investment agency of the Greek state, to cooperate on investment and renewable energies, according to a statement by the LIA.
LIA said that the signing ceremony took place in the presence of a number of diplomatic and economic figures from both sides.
“This memorandum will open new investment horizons between the two parties, especially in the field of renewable energy and exchange of experiences,” reads the LIA statement. “In addition to empowering and training Libyan cadres in this field.”
