Libya records 648 new cases, 14 deaths of COVID-19

Libya records 692 new cases, 10 deaths of COVID-19

Libya recorded 648 new cases of COVID-19, in addition to 14 deaths, 1,571 cases of recovery, and 162 critical cases during the past 24 hours.

This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Libya to 359,667, including 51,090 active cases, 303,406 recoveries, and 5,171 deaths, since the pandemic spread in the country in March of last year, the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) said in a statement on Thursday.

Number of people who have been vaccinated with first dose against COVID-19 have reached 1,567,990, and 466,885 have received the second dose, NCDC statement pointed out.
