A committee of Libyan lawmakers, formed by Speaker of the House of Representatives Aguila Saleh, will present a report to the country’s High National Election Commission (HNEC), which assesses the readiness for holding national elections, Italian news agency Nova reports.
Citing an unnamed member of HNEC as the source, Nova said the lawmakers’ report will also clarify the obstacles of the elections and how to be addressed.
