Aguila Saleh, the Speaker of Libya’s House of Representatives, called on Monday for forming a new government.
Speaking at a parliamentary session in Tobruk, Saleh said that the interim Government of National Unity, led by Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, was no longer legitimate and must be reconstituted.
