Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Mangoush, has held a bilateral meeting in London with Liz Truss, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, to discuss Libya elections, foreign forces withdrawal and green energy transition.
