With the participation of the Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Manqoush, Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS kicked off in the Italian capital, Rome, Monday.
The meeting was headed by Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio and his American counterpart, Anthony Blinken, and attended by representatives of 83 member states of the Coalition.
