Sirte – The Libyan Ministry of Health monitored the level of health services. This occurred during a field visit to several health centers in Sirte . A technical advisory committee from the ministry conducted the visit. Several department managers accompanied the committee.
The committee’s tour included several health centers and units. These centers are affiliated with the Sirte Health Services Administration. Visited centers included Al-Ra’aya Al-Sehiya, Al-Zaafaran, Omar Al-Mukhtar, Al-Ribat, and Ibn Al-Haytham. They are situated in the Al-Arbaeen area, east of the city. Dr. Ahmed Saleh, Director of Sirte Health Services Administration, attended. Several health center managers were also present.
The committee reviewed the medical services offered to citizens. It assessed the technical capabilities and equipment in these centers. It also evaluated adherence to approved standards. This ensures quality healthcare and patient safety.
The committee also listened to feedback. Center managers and medical teams shared their observations. They discussed workflow and challenges faced. This aims to improve performance. It also seeks to enhance healthcare service efficiency.
