Libya’s House of Representatives will hold a session on Monday to discuss the government’s budget, the election law and electoral districts, announced Fathi Al-Marimi, a media advisor to the House Speaker Aguila Saleh.
Al-Mariami pointed out that passing the budget requires a quorum of 120 representatives.
The House has been delaying vote for the budget due to a number of concerns by the representatives, including the budget’s allocations for armed factions which are neither affiliated with the Interior Ministry nor the Defense Ministry.
