Mohammed Al-Manfi, chairman of the Presidential Council, called on Libya parties to make “concessions” to provide “the appropriate environment” that ensures that the national elections are held in December, according to a statement by the council on Tuesday.
Al-Manfi’s remarks came during a meeting in Tobruk with Interior Minister Khaled Mazen to discuss security measures for the elections.
