Mohamed al-Menfi, chairman of the Presidential Council, will be heading to New York this afternoon to take part in the 76th U.N. General Assembly, Bawbat Al-Wasat news website reported on Sunday.
Citing a source close to the council, Menfi will deliver a speech before the U.N. Assembly. He will also reportedly stay in New York for week, where is scheduled to meet with a number of foreign diplomats.
