Aguila Saleh, Speaker of the House of Representatives, said that holding elections on time in December will contribute to security and stability in Libya.
“We hope that the Election Commission will continue its work according to the set date, and strive to provide a democratic climate in coordination with everyone,” Saleh said today, in a recorded speech, broadcasted during the opening of the media center of the High National Elections Commission.
“You are facing a historic mission that requires siding completely with the people through the ballot boxes.. Holding the elections on time will have a positive impact on all levels,” Chancellor Saleh added.
