Hawaa Zayed, a member of the Structured Dialogue, said the true value of the dialogue’s outcomes will not be measured by what is written in the final report, but by how well they are implemented and turned into concrete actions that benefit Libyan citizens.
Zayed told Sky News Arabia that the greatest challenge was not in drafting recommendations, but in developing real mechanisms for putting them into practice. She emphasized that “the real healing for Libya” lies in execution, not recommendations alone. The success of the outcomes, she said, will be judged by whether they result in tangible steps that citizens can see.
Zayed also noted that most participants agreed on the need to establish a unified executive authority to oversee the next phase and pave the way for national elections. She described this as one of the most significant political results of the dialogue.
