More than 348 thousand new people registered on Saturday to vote for the upcoming general elections on December 24, announced the High National Election Commission (HNEC) on Sunday.
Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, General Commander of the Libyan National Army, called on Libyans to “register massively in the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections, because it is the people’s decision and their right to change.”
