The General Directorate of the Electricity Police warns against any tampering with prepaid electricity meters.

The General Directorate of the Electricity Police has warned against any tampering with prepaid electricity meters, stressing that this will subject the owner to legal accountability.

The Directorate clarified through its media office that any tampering with electricity meters may result in imprisonment and a fine, in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force.
